The "Corporate" Excuse: Management seems unable or unwilling to take ownership of decisions. Every request for a merit-based raise, a promotion, or a change in workflow is met with the same script: "It’s a corporate decision/limitation." It feels like a convenient shield used to avoid having difficult, honest conversations with the staff.
Burnout is Real: Because the team is so dedicated, we often carry the weight of understaffing. However, that dedication is being met with stagnation. You can only "grind it out" for so long before the lack of growth and competitive pay takes its toll.
Lack of Transparency: There is a massive disconnect between the work we do on the floor and the "limitations" cited by leadership. It’s discouraging to be told there's no room for growth while the workload continues to expand.
