Pros
Pit stop in your career if you need something in between jobs (if you're reading this, you probably do). The people are mostly great and many are super talented. Iced coffee on tap is strong and delicious. Pitches won are celebrated, wall of awards, CEO is an excellent speaker.
Cons
Lately this agency has really fallen off. Hybrid 3 days/wk now in office (up from 2) due to new office move in August 2026. Things are still disorganized since there's been a recent merger with Doner and acquisition of Yamamoto (after they laid people off, CM gathered up some workers) and it's feeling unstable. Doner Colle Partners seems like a "roll up" in consulting terms, they're both Stagwell holding company agencies that now just collaborate more? Be super careful if interviewing with CM - multiple instances of bait-and-switches, offering below posted range, making a verbal offer then saying a written offer's coming but then retracting it when the candidate follows up. Teams (not Slack). Weekends and night work are not uncommon. Pay ranges are a bit low. Agency grind is glorified. Opportunities for advancement are completely arbitrary. Resourcing is based on availability more than who's skillset is best suited for which projects. Many leaders seem checked out. Hope the new office has a revolving door cause attrition is getting high. Employee departures are a few people per month by choice as well as some sneaky layoffs here and there.
