      Cons

      You can always find a "con" in any place, if you look very hard, but I don't think there is anything critical here.

      Pros

      Friendly colleagues, no delays with the salary. HR team is great. There are options for personal growth, you can get a mentor and mentor others.

      Cons

      No major cons. A decent company if you want to work in outsource.

      Pros

      Great team, great teamwork, everyone is ready to help each other. Good salary and a great attitude towards employees. A huge number of internal cool events, for which we are especially grateful.

      Cons

      I have been working for about 10 months and I am sincerely glad that I joined the CodeIT team. I haven't found any disadvantages.
