      A Place I'd like to spend my career with

      Everything about this company from the owners to being a new sales rep or technician is fantastic. Great training to help you be the best sales rep or technician the industry has to offer. This is the best Pest Company out there, hands down. And it is growing extremely fast so there is plenty of room to move up in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good job!

      Work was fun and team-oriented!

      Pros

      I've never missed an office as much as I miss this one. I moved from the state--otherwise I'd still be there. Apart from the opportunity for financial gain, the managers and owners are candid about growth and helping you become a better team-member and sales person. It's also a great product and customer service is the highest priority (which is unusual in a sales environment). You don't feel stressed--it's a team environment.

      Cons

      No cons that I can think of currently. As the company continues to grow, there will be more opportunities for titles and advancement.
