What's also impressed me is the team's strong documentation culture — even with many long-tenured employees who could rely on tribal knowledge, the commitment to writing things down makes onboarding and continuous learning remarkably smooth. Above all, the quality of leadership here stands out: the strategic vision is the most coherent and well-communicated I've encountered in my entire tech career.
