      Pros

      We have a flexible schedule that allows for a good work life balance. The management allows us to share ideas and are very supportive of our team. The families we work with are great and it is so rewarding to be able to facilitate positive change in their lives. I am glad I am a part of Childhelp.

      Cons

      Anytime you work with people it can get messy at times and there are some hard situations that have to be addressed. Learning you cannot fix every issue is key to maintaining positive mental health.
