      So many improvements!!

      Pros

      There have been drastic improvements over the last few years to increase internal training (across all teams) and break down the silos amongst teams. Our internal communication has grown tremendously over the last few years and it shows!! Working in a face paced environment is where I thrive so this is the perfect place if you thrive in those types of environments too! Everyone is so helpful and has each others backs at the end of the day. There are years of knowledge spread across the teams so lots of resources at everyone’s disposal. I have never feel more “at home” than I do here. The atmosphere is a comfortable friendly environment where you can banter professionally and express concerns openly without judgment. Managers listen to their employees concerns & life hardships.

      Cons

      This is currently an improvement being worked on so not necessarily a con but the lack of internal written knowledge is challenging for some at times but is growing more and more robust!

      Pros

      Really positive and encouraging environment. Managers are invested in their teams. Ownership is hands on with building an organization people are excited and proud to be part of.

      Cons

      It’s growing so things move and change fast. Some people are energized by this but it can get overwhelming for others depends on what you like and your personality and work style. Personally I love it.

      Pros

      Checkwriters is a great place to work. It is family run with a focus on providing great customer service. There is a lot to learn and if you love to help customers and find joy in providing great customer service you will enjoy it. It is nice, happy place to work.

      Cons

      Can get busy at times and a bit stressful dealing with that. Training for new hires could use improvement. There is a lot to learn so you have to be patient and stick with it but more long term training would help.
