Your concerns about workload, organizational structure, leadership and how resources are allocated are important topics that deserve thoughtful attention and the kind of back-and-forth discussion that's often difficult to have in a forum like this. Being a values-centered organization, we make a concerted effort to empower employees to share feedback directly with their manager's supervisor, department leadership, human resources, company leaders outside their department, and during quarterly town halls and other all-company meetings. Those conversations give us the opportunity to ask questions, understand context and, when needed, take action in ways that simply aren't possible otherwise. We encourage employees to use those channels so concerns can be fully addressed.
