Pros

Prepare to bring your full-self to this position/organization. There is room for the intersectionality of your full identity. You will learn much about yourself and where you have come from through the trainings and involvement with these teams. I miss them everyday!

Cons

Adjusting to technology advances to bring better communication between systems was needed. Many processes were done in separate systems where solutions were needed. When I last left they were working on these solutions.
