Leadership team below manager level has no experience with people. Passive aggressive leadership. No one confronts problems head on with individuals. Supervisor doesn’t even acknowledge employees text or calls when calling in sick. Company doesn’t drug test so that’s another issue. It’s visible after lunch. Professionalism is definitely lacking.
