Pros

Flexible schedule with multiple consecutive days off, basically unlimited overtime

Cons

Unprofessional staff with lots of fraternization. Training was lacking; my center was so busy and understaffed there was no time to train me, certain things they had the mindset of "Senior staff can do this quicker than if we had to teach a new person to do it and we don't have time to train."

I have a flexible schedule…sometimes

Short staffed, high volume, little pay, you do more than your coworkers and still no raise, you’re forced to travel to other centers no matter the distance of staff calls off or you get a write up
