      Pros

      The customer service staff are extremely helpful and well educated in the field. The company offers great benefits to it's employees and ensures great pricing for their merchants. AdvoPay has great incentives for their employees as well as their merchants.

      Cons

      Their employees are not always treated with the most respect from upper management. Credit card processing is a clouded industry and very competitive. It is a difficult industry but Advocate Merchant Solutions has prospered.

      Great training, nice Agent Support Reps

      Cons

      Everything else. I should have listened to the other reviews. We were lied to from the beginning about the structure of the company and its goals. 24 reps were hired and several were fired after one week. By the end of six weeks all were let go except two. Even if you sell something expect to be let go as well. Salary and commission are a joke. You will not get what you are promised. They do not know how to run a company.

      Pros

      Very team oriented with fun and energitic people. Good compensation with competitive salaries, generous incentives, unbeatable benefits, tranining & customer service are both top notch. There are lots of advancement possiblities in a company that is as fast growing as this one.

      Cons

      If you don't want to be a part of something bigger than yourself, this is not a place for you.
