      Pros

      Great company culture with a "Work hard, play hard" mentality. Generous PTO amount frontloaded every year with an extra day (8hours) added after every year employed. Bonuses and merit increases are standard. Great leadership who are very proactive and team driven.

      Growing pains of a small/medium sized government contractor forming into a major player within the DoD.

      Good pay for short term.

      Cons

      The environment is toxic. The PM that the company puts into leadership targets new employees, while involving other employees to attack. Don't push back! They will do this to the military contracting officer, until they get rid of her. There is often gossip behind your back. The company or PM cause’s continues secret technical issues to use as punishment. Then you can’t do your job. They team they put together are clicks. If you’re not in the click. They will get rid of you.
