      Rewarding work, but lack of training and organization

      Pros

      Positive work environment. Variety of clients. Fast company revenue growth. Transparent about company revenue progress and goals. Never boring/ very rewarding work.

      Cons

      More c-level and management level staff than mid or entry level. Lack of organization and processes. Decisions made based on speculation, and not actual assessment. Lack of training for new hires.

      Pros

      Everyone I worked with was great. Super friendly and supportive. Diverse work load in a variety of industries. You will work with most of the known big name companies in Pittsburgh.

      Cons

      Large projects almost always seemed to exceed the original timeline and plans. More often than not it can seemed like there was more work to be done than people to do it.
