      Pros

      I love the transparency, positive culture, emphasis on work-life balance, and genuine team mentality that the company has.

      Cons

      There is quite a bit of turnover, but that is typical in agencies.

      Pros

      They really take care of their employees. The benefits they offer are great! It is a lot compared to other small businesses. We get free dental and vision and great affordable options for our medical plans. The culture is not like anywhere I have worked before. They actually take the time to listen to their employees and try to ensure a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      So far not a lot of cons. There have been a lot of changes since I started. Adding lots of benefits, changing payroll platforms, adding performance reviews. All good changes, just a lot! We work either in office or remotely. A monthly "in office" day was just added last year and it has helped a lot with feeling isolated.

      Pros

      They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, there is never drama and just collaboration and ideas. Everyone is thoughtful and the work is balanced.

      Cons

      I really like it here. It's hard to write a con.
