For a startup it brings nothing of advantage. I cringe thinking about my time here.
Cons
- micromanaging CEO who actually tries to program but fails to produce anything good
- discriminates based on whether you drink or not and will proudly flaunt it too
- also discriminates on developer quality to avoid having to improve from a personal standpoint
- good at hiding the truth (using words like "pivot") about the company's troubled history all stemming from CEO with poor technical abilities and leadership
