What I appreciate the most is the people who work here. It is a very welcoming and inclusive culture. I also enjoy being able to contribute, and experience that my input is listened to and used. It is important for me to work for a company with a strong purpose and and ethical culture, and I find both here at CSIS.
Informal tone, and everybody are willing to help each other. The level of knowledge is extremely high, so you are able to learn from the best in the business.
