Pros
Pay’s solid and a lot of folks are good to work with.
Cons
Management is all over the place. People who are built up as the go-to experts get cut without warning. Middle management seems to spend more time frustrated with each other than working collaboratively and new hires don't stick around for long. Training is unstructured and often has little to do with the actual job. Overall, the company feels unstable and lacks consistent leadership.

They have some very nice people working there.
Cons
The training is not good. There is allot to learn and if you don't pick it up immediately, they let you go.
