      Pros

      Since I have joined the CEPEO and am currently working in high schools with students who present various academic challenges, the best part of this job is getting to connect and interact with a variety of students as well as their families. There are challenges in any position, but I wouldn't trade the satisfaction I feel when I know I have changed a young man or a young woman's life for the better.

      There tends to be a lot of bureaucracy.
