Severely underpaid. You do multiple people's jobs for only $15/hr (video editing, floor directing just to name two). Toxic work environment. Nobody is happy here. Have heard of people crying on the job, constant stream of reasonable complaints from fellow employees. HR is not your friend and will run to the boss without helping you if you have issues with work. Since everyone is underpaid and overworked, there is a constant stress that wears everyone down and makes getting anything done difficult. Fuels the toxic work environment. Extreme lack of communication from management and also fellow employees due to time crunch and stress. The parent company Sinclair pushes you to run right wing propaganda constantly.
