      Great Company, Great Operations Staff

      Pros

      The company has great benefits, including higher 401k match, full employee and family health, dental and vision coverage paid for by the company. Operations staff has good over sight with out micromanaging. They are available to give direction and answer questions with out wondering why my lunch was 63 min long. They have bonding events, bigger than a pizza party, and management and owners actually show up to them, and participate.

      Cons

      Lower pay scale, mostly due to other leniencies, and tendency to hire those with less work experience.

      Pros

      I learned so much while working at Rasmussen. Accounting manager and Controller are extremely knowledgeable in the field and if you pay attention, you can learn a lot from them. I had the most amazing co-workers/friends while working here. Very family friendly environment. Really going to miss everyone at Rasmussen! I highly recommend working for C.A. Rasmussen!!
