I can work around my kids' schedules. I have never missed a game and can get off when needed. I have great customers on the most part.
Cons
They don't want to pay much. have been here for years, can run the store and i'm responisble for others but don't get paid what other companys pay for people who do the same work i do. I have done what my manager has told me then gotten writen up from area manager when she didn't agree. Sometime a person just isn't sure who to listen to.
They pay terribly, they let the customers walk all over you. They take money they put into your retirement back after so many years without telling you. There’s a reason they can’t get anyone to work for them
