Pros
The firm is a small yet mighty team with a great office culture and generous employer. The hours are flexible and they cater to their employees needs. Ambition is not only encouraged, there are an abundant amount of opportunities to progress through the company and take on more responsibilities.
Cons
Because it is a smaller firm, they are constantly recognizing and implementing more efficient and effective processes. Even though I believe it is a great quality to have, BT has high standards and they will call you out on inconsistency or problematic behaviors.
