      Good equipment. Good people. Nice projects.

      Cons

      abysmal wages. crazy hours that are not paid they treat you tike you are an eternal intern. tendencies to not follow what as promises ( bonus, paid courses, further paid qualification etc) extremely high levels of turn-over ( more than half of the employes leave after 1 year)

      Terrible leaders and managers, low salaries that demotivate, absurd deadlines, unpaid overtime and no growth prospects.

      Really great and commited colleagues, amazing facilities and good office location

      Cons

      Internal communication is very poor Low wages Extra hours (and no extra pay for those hours) No career progression Unreal deadlines Salary ranges are non existing Leaders without management or people skills Whenever you suggest an improvement to a superior, you are treated as disposable and replaced for a low-paying intern Human resources promote an unhealthy environment They tell you that you can change teams or projects (to grow) but that doesn't happen Team bulding activities happen on our free time (e.g. weekends) No regular feedback on individual performance
