      Unfair working practices, poor work life balance, constant pressure to hit unrealistic KPI's which continually was increased to ensure that bonuses didn't have to be paid out. Bonuses would be cut in half due to the personal preference of the area manager which they used to bully the team. The company as a whole likes to Foster a bullying culture and fail any duty of care in regards to working environment.
