      Money hungry ownership, bone-headed management, and a suffering customer base.

      Pros

      The pay was pretty decent for New York City. Company events are pretty fun (free food, card games, holiday party etc). A fun, diverse collection of personalities.

      Cons

      Culture of verbal and sexual harassment. Management doesn't pay attention to the concerns of the employees. No room for growth.

      After three years I can understand why you were angry when we let you go. However, I do not feel that what you wrote above is an honest reflection of our corporate culture. If you felt this way for three years why would you stay?

      People are nice and that's about it.

      Management is horrible, mostly due to CEO and butt kissers around him.

      Pros

      Getting the job was easy and I became more tech savvy after my stay here. They also have a very casual working environment.

      Cons

      I felt sexually harrassed and discriminated against. It just was not a good working environment. There was no room for growth.
