Pros

Had a few amazing colleagues

Cons

Extremely toxic environment. The bonus targets are unrealistic. Even if you somehow manage to reach them, they will find a way to deduct most of the amount. Management makes promises they don't keep. If you decide to quit, make sure you receive your previous month's salary first and use up all your vacation days, or you won't get paid at all.

Pros

Most of the time, you are surrounded by talented colleagues. From time to time, you can learn something new. Most of the colleagues are being nice. Compensation is ok, but I wouldn't say it's great. The food in the office is really nice and tasty. It's easy to make friends with colleagues in the office; I met some really interesting personalities. Most of the time, colleagues are supportive.

Cons

Micro management in everything, including ways of working. The better you perform, the more tasks you get on top, which leaves zero motivation to be productive, innovative, and creative in the battle for your personal time, growth, and wealth. Compensation is always fixed and exchanged for your time and the number of tasks you must do, not for your actual contribution or skill, which makes this trade only in favour of the company, not yourself. When you perform well, you are appreciated, but if you fail even once, you are out. The only motivation to perform is just to keep your place in the company, which can lead to only one result: a complete burnout over time. Zero choice in direction for growth or the tasks you get. Promotion in this company doesn't mean a raise for your contribution or skills; promotion means that you can get a raise in position and compensation, let's say 25% in exchange for doubling the amount of work and responsibilities, which overall makes no sense at all. Moreover, promotion means a higher chance of failing at least once, which means being out immediately. Poor work-life balance, fixed hours, office work most of the time, with some limited options for remote. Office work and schedule are exhausting over time. Relocation from Cyprus is a must, even if you don't want to; there are no options to stay on the remote and keep your place in the company.
