Pros

Booth & Partners is one of the great companies out there. They promote work-life balance and the compensation is great as well. I never thought of leaving the company but sadly I was separated due to redundancy.

Cons

I didn't observe any negative remarks about this company. I have been in the BPO industry for 3 years and so far Booth & Partners was the best.
