      Pros

      Bonded has allowed me to grow myself professionally while still having the time I need for my children. Work life balance is important to me and it is always been family first. We try to have fun and work hard at the same time. I feel have been able to move up within the company, while also being appreciated & heard along the way.

      I wish we had more team building/training opportunities.

      Amazing people, I miss them!

      Cons

      No cons, I left due to personal reason. If I was still in the area I would’ve stayed. They are loving people in office. The field can probably be tough from what I imagine, but it’s not labor intense like other construction fields.
