      Pros

      Great place to start your career or shift it towards something more meaningful. People are really kind and open to letting you try different projects. Benefits are great too!

      Cons

      Can't think of any. My time there was great and I enjoyed the projects I worked on.

      Pros

      Positive culture with great perks and you get to work on good causes! My coworkers are world-class and many have become some of my closest friends. Also, the hybrid schedule and kitchen snacks are awesome.

      Cons

      Because the stakes are high with a lot of our work (mental health, addiction, spirituality...) and we often work with coalitions, counsels, and committees there are often a lot of decision-makers.
