      Poor Leadership Leads To Low Moral

      - nice office in Brickell Miami - some nice coworkers

      Cons

      - had 4 different managers in one year - most recent manager clocked out at noon every day - one of the most spaghetti code bases you'll ever work on - no downtime to improve technology / tech debt - long term planning non existent, only reactions to erratic stake holders - misleading information during all hands

      The people are the company's biggest asset followed by the services offered.

      Cons

      The leadership team is focused on getting the company sold and have little regard for employees. Instead of focusing on implementing the feedback they ask for in employee engagement surveys, they focus on how late employees stay working in the office or if they're using their phones at their desks.
