      A company with a vision. Product development a head of many in the mid market space. The CEO truly cares for the employees and have built a strong team around him. An equal opportunity workspace where people from different backgrounds contribute.

      Impressed with how Blue Ridge company culture is one of collaboration, digging into the challenges together, and one with lack of any ego.
