Hard work with good people! I am so grateful for the diversity that was welcomed at Blue Ridge. I hope to see it up and running again soon.

Cons

The pay was not competitive at all. But money was not the reason I wanted to work there.

Everyone is super helpful and understanding. I actually feel heard when I bring my ideas to the table.
