The people are nice, friendly, and professional. They continually say how much they appreciate me and the job I'm doing. This is the first time I've felt valued and received this much positive feedback.

Some efficiencies could be made. There is some redundancy in some internal communication, which is frustrating, confusing, and redundant. They've outsourced some duties, which has caused some waste and frustration, particularly for clients.
