      - collaborative environment - amazing coworkers - approachable leadership - room for growth - recognition is given fairly where it’s due - very understanding and supportive leadership

      Cons

      Small company means everyone needs to be hands on and cross trained on multiple tasks Because it’s a great place to learn and grow, turn over of young professionals after they’ve gained some experience there is a bit higher
