      Pros

      Most of the staff are caring and dedicated to the residents. If management likes you it can be a fun and rewarding place to be.

      Cons

      Corporate and some of the managers are money hungry and will step on good employees to make a buck or promote their "favorites". Watch your back and trust no one.

      Disorganized and unprofessional, they take "hands-off" management style to the extreme (as in...you're on your own).

      Pros

      Nice raffles at employee meetings.

      Cons

      Low pay for unbelievable amount of labor, staff is too highschool cliquey, and job takes a lot out of you physically and emotionally. They say they help with growth and offer a generous tuition reimbursement but its actually fake incentive. Also one of Dr. was sexually harassing me for a year. No good.
