Small company setup. Work environment is average; nothing particularly good or bad.
Cons
The company has internal projects and client projects, If you are mapped to a client project, your job depends entirely on that client, When a client ends the contract employees are laid off. No bench, no buffer period, and no internal reassignment to other projects. Very high risk of sudden job loss I repeat: do NOT join this company if you are hired for a client project
