      Pros

      - One of the bigger/well-known agencies in Atlanta - Roster of big clients that do big productions - A lot of talented people to work with/learn from

      Cons

      - Pay, especially at the junior levels, is not great and below Atlanta peers - They do not do pay raises, they do not do bonuses - Office is nice but is very corporate and sterile since it is shared with other Omnicom agencies. No real office culture - Senior leadership is smart and nice but is very disconnected from the lower levels of the agency
