      Good Manager, interesting projects, some competent people higher up

      Cons

      Lots of contractors and people who are bad at their jobs gumming everything up. Can be impossible to do your job because you rely on weak teams that never deliver or hit deadlines.

      Got paid a decent amount of $ for minimal work. Very easy to be "smarter" than everyone and play their game and collect your paycheck.

      Cons

      This place is the definition of a Rube Goldberg machine suffering from the Dunning-Kruger effect.
