      Remote work option, but very limited career advancement

      Remote - They provided standard company benefits.

      Cons

      There is a severe lack of upward mobility or clear promotion pathways. Management frequently restructures teams and changes employee roles/positions roughly every six months. This constant shifting makes it incredibly difficult to build momentum, finish long-term projects, or feel secure in your career growth.

      Decent benefits but a troubling company culture

      Pros

      Benefits and 401(k) are decent. Compensation is decent and flexibility for time off and holidays is nice.

      Cons

      Culture is gutted. Going through an acquisition so the regularly scheduled and reoccurring layoffs will probably increase. Key players that have been around for a while are suddenly departing, which is always concerning. Leadership and what’s left in HR seem to be doing the wrong things and taking risks that aren’t best for EE’s, only bottom line.

      No shortage of available work.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely terrible here. Do NOT trust HR either. No sense of teamwork or collaboration. Expect to get thrown under the bus frequently and management only cares about brown nosers.
