Pros

AutoAnything is dynamically evolving into something much greater than simply just an online retailer. In my short tenure here, I've had the pleasure to take part of some radical and necessary changes that positioned AutoAnything for optimum growth. In 2020, we navigated through a perfect pandemic storm destined for catastrophic failure yet came up on top resulting in record breaking sales. The company went from a 40k sq. ft. office in San Diego, Ca to a now fully remote squad with employees across the nation. AutoAnything acquired 2 companies, birth a child company, and partnered with other well-known companies. All that and much more in a single year even after having experienced one of the toughest years in history. AutoAnything is dominating and is soon to be crowned the Amazon of the automotive aftermarket industry. This company has a lot to offer for "outside the box" thinkers and entrepreneurial minded individuals. The atmosphere is challenging and dynamic, yet motivational and inspiring. If you're looking for a change of pace and enjoy working in an environment where you could really take ownership of what you do, this is the place for you.

Cons

Now that the company has gone fully remote, this poses a new set of fundamental challenges such as productivity, communication, and interdepartmental collaboration. At times, it can feel as if you're alone and not have adequate support. Although, this probably goes for any newly remote company. In time, I'm sure AutoAnything will come up with a creative way to combat the WFH syndrome.

Pros

Personally, most of the people on my team are pretty helpful and are willing to work with you and the customer. The transparency during meetings is nice, and something that I have never seen provided from a business I've worked for. The ability to be able to connect with your customers and get them what they want and need is perfect for someone who overall just wants to be helpful. The benefits are okay, not great, but they work for the current environment. The remote work is great as it allows us who are in other states to work for the company and it not require us to be in an office or dealing with Covid shutdowns. Overall, minor improvements could really improve the work experience.

Cons

The insurance isn't a full coverage option without the employee paying in a good amount. Hiring more CS agents within the States to ensure all customers are handled in a timely manner and professionally. Listening to what the employees throw forth as advise during company meetings or making them feel heard, rather than it being thrown into the void.
