Care for patients, turnaround times, quality of work, nice view of surrounding work location(big windows)

Expected overtime, manipulative/poor management, will hire you for a shift and have an agreement with you based on those needs then immediately change your shift once hired and not care about personal needs. Cliquey and hypocritical, not understanding. Plays favorites. Unprofessional. Management openly gossips about other employees and their performance or shortcomings on the floor in front of other employees, before knowing everything about a situation.
