Compensation was better than industry average. Had Fridays and Saturdays off, but in return had to work every Sunday. Most of the work day was spent on your own.

Impossible to get time off, even when you acknowledged you wouldn't be getting paid. Mandatory to work every Sunday unless you were chummy with the owners.
