      It was very nice to be able to work from home.

      The company was just beginning to monitor its employees time on the computer - even five minute bathroom breaks were being discouraged.

      Pros

      Work from home with a company that has a relatively strong digital infrastructure. The students/families who engage are wonderful. Most co-workers are supportive and collaborative.

      Cons

      You will have absurdly high student counts and unreasonable performance expectations with a lot of time spent on admin tasks. If you don't mind working more hours for less pay in order to work from home, this is for you!
