I’ve been working at AppleTree Staffing for almost a year and absolutely love it. I came from the corporate world where you have no control over your pay, workload, or schedule. At AppleTree Staffing, I have all of that and MORE. The more efficient and focused I am with my work, the more my pay will be. We also have one meeting each day and it’s productive! I never walk away feeling like it was a waste of time. The rest of the day is mine to schedule the way that works for me and my candidates. I love that I have this type of control over my day. My co-workers are great to work with; always helpful and there to lend a hand. The owners, Jon and Jen have been supportive and are always willing to share their knowledge. It’s nice to have others looking things over and giving constructive feedback because it only helps me “get the hire” and therefore, make more commission!

Cons

Not as much PTO as I’m used to, but a fair amount is definitely given!

I've been with AppleTree Staffing for a short period of time but know that I have found my "forever home" here! The owners of the company are hands-on and have provided me with great training / coaching and development! The other recruiters have been more than helpful in assisting me on this new journey! I have been a recruiter for several years now and this is the first place that I can see myself long-term. The companies values line perfectly with mine and their processes seem right and natural. The compensation and bonus potential is laid out from the beginning with identifiable and attainable goals. Everyone's focus is on finding quality candidates and matching them with quality employers. I couldn't be more excited about this position and company!

Cons

The only con is that there are no health benefits. However, with the base pay, bonus structure and PTO, it is more than compensated for.

I️ had help from Elizabeth as my recruiter and she went above and beyond for me, along with their front desk secretary, Caitlin, they were awesome and I️ would definitely, 10/10 would recommend their services to everyone

Cons

During my experience with appletree staffing, I️ did not have one single thing stand out as a bad thing. Overall, this is a great company.
