      A company of long history now owned by a clueless ex mistress of founder and led by a self-serving industry veteran

      Pros

      Excellent job security if you're in senior management. The chairman barks all the time but never bites because he's too occupied with his own personal affairs. Chairman's scandals provide good entertainment to staff. Also very nice coffee from the pantry and free soft drinks. Mad chairman not always around and the CEO is normal.

      Cons

      The chairman is erratic and paranoid. When he's in the office he makes staff uneasy by acting crazily and broadcasting his personal paranoid situations. For example some emails of his ancient extramarital affairs were leaked by pranksters. Instead of laughing it off like a normal person he went on a witch hunt within the company!

      - Immense workload - Some Managers lack people management skills, and can be abusive to their subordinates - Low salary, miserly YoY increments - Insufficient time off
