      There is a huge opportunity here.

      Cons

      You will have to work with many wieners. The complaints you will hear hear are funny: "I should be able to talk to HR privately." "I have already worked 70 hours this week. I need to leave early this Thursday." "I need to be treated the same as others." The list goes on.
