The people are great, I experienced NO office drama at all. At holiday times, the employees get together and make a potluck type of celebration. The owners are personable and easy to talk to. The department heads are also personable and easy to talk to. People who work at American Homestar seem to be generally happy and easy to get along with. Free coffee or tea all day long and a provided breakfast on Friday mornings.

I would like to have had more responsibilities and I would like to have been able to advance in my department but there wasn't any positions to advance to.
