      Easy, Repetitive, High Volume

      Pros

      The job is super easy. The training is short because the work is so easy. The calls come back to back most days, especially Monday morning. Each day after that they slow down. You are not micro-managed. You clock in and do your job and no one bothers you. You never speak to management. They only contact you by company email if they need to contact you. They may occasionally reach out to you in chat. The pay is well for what you do.

      Cons

      BORING! BORING! BORING! It's the same routine every day all day. From one call to the next. It's very mundane. Some people don't like that the training is so short. Other than these few things, it's a good job.

      Pros

      The company provides a supportive and structured environment. The training program is thorough. I've been with the company for over 10 years now. One of the best things about working here is the remote work. No need to dress up and drive to the office.

      Cons

      The management is tough but fair. Can't really complain.
