      Culture of numbers and little more

      Pros

      Diverse and maturing cloud platform and practices. Good place to upskill technically...and then move on.

      Cons

      Rapidly decaying culture for the last 3 years since it got acquired by investors. Negative investment in people, with several layoffs, no appetite to retain talent, and even incentivizing people to leave. Keeping a false sense of positive financial health. Cut throat blame culture starting on higher leadership, and little to no interest in people growth.

      Pros

      Seems lots of want from upper management to improve the company. Some of the tech is very new so good place to get experience. Good work/life balnce depending on who you are

      Cons

      Starting salary is ok but no raises are given. No bonuses given and benefits are not great. In terms of the work things are way more complicated than needs to be. Some managers are not great to work for
